Air Mail

Ingredients

• 45 ml White rum
• 15 ml Honey syrup
• 15 ml Lime juice
• Top with Champagne (approximately 60 ml, adjust to taste)

Instructions

1. Shake the rum, honey syrup, and lime juice with ice.
2. Strain into a glass and top with champagne.
3. Garnish with a lime wheel if desired.
