Adapted from a recipe created in 2011 by Jonny Raglin at his Comstock Saloon in San Francisco, USA.
Originally the name of a brandy-based homemade liqueur with sour cherries, sugar and spices, Cherry Bounce recipes date back to late 17th-century England. While the Cherry Bounce is long forgotten in England, it travelled to the British colonies and remains popular in America, particularly North Carolina, where the annual Cherry Bounce Festival is held in June.
One serving of Cherry Bounce contains 163 calories.
